He joined Wolters Kluwer’s ELM Solutions in 2018 and currently serve as Director, Legal Operations and Industry Insights. He is an evangelist for legal operations best practices, particularly those related to legal analytics, and use his deep experience in legal operations and business analytics to help educate internal and external audiences and improve WK’s product offerings.

He is the primary person responsible for developing research and thought leadership out of the Wolters Kluwer LegalVIEW Data Warehouse, the largest body of legal performance data in the world, with over $140B in legal spend and associated data. His job includes market intelligence responsibility and thought leadership for both internal and external audiences. He regularly speaks at conferences including LegalWeek, ACC xChange, the ACC General Conference, ILTACON, and WK's two internal usergroup conferences, Accelerate and Amplify. He writes monthly-ish pieces for LegalTech News and Corporate Counsel Bar Journal, and have placed pieces in a number of other industry publications like the CLOC newsletter, the ILTA website, and Legal Operators. I am regularly interviewed by LegalTech news and other publications.

He leads the competitive intelligence team for two of our main competitors and have involvement with the ACC/Wolters Kluwer Legal Operations Maturity Survey and the Wolters Kluwer Real Rate Report, two leading pieces of industry research.
