Meet the new CMS Co-Head of International Arbitration: Sarah Vasani

---

CMS is positioned as a global reference in International Arbitration

Sarah Vasani, who has spent the past five years working in Addleshaw Goddard's dispute resolution department, has announced the start of her new career as Co-Head of the International Arbitration department at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP

As a result of this new addition, CMS will exponentially strengthen its arbitration services, drawing on the expertise of Vasani and Richard Bamforth, who has been with the firm since May 2017.

Vasani is also a member of the Steering Committee of the Campaign for Greener Arbitrations platform.

Vasani is excited to begin her new role at CMS:

"I am looking forward to working for this fantastic company and to collaborating with my distinguished colleagues from all over the world".

In addition to her five years at Addleshaw Goddard, Vasani also worked for King & Spalging International LLP for nine years, rising to the position of counsel.

Her new role will give her leadership in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, the UK, Singapore and Latin America. Experienced in commercial arbitration proceedings such as investment arbitration, Vasani has worked with companies in the energy and gas sectors, among others.

The CMS Arbitration department is considered to be one of the most highly regarded arbitration departments in the world and has a large number of lawyers. It has been recognised by Global Arbitration Review (GAR 30) as one of the best in international arbitration. It operates in the world's leading arbitral institutions (ICC, LCIA, CIETAC, ICSID, WIPO, SIAC, HKIAC).
