Linklaters named “Americas Law Firm of the Year-Overall” by Americas Law Firm

Recognized law firm Linklaters has been named the “Americas Law Firm of the Year-Overall” by news service GlobalCapital. This award honours the institution and firms that have a positive impact on the global derivates market.

Each award was judged according to the nominees’ innovations in product and service commitments to new markets, improvements in efficiency, liquidity and market stability, as well as client guidance.

Regulatory changes and technological advances in recent years have allowed Linklaters’ derivatives practice to showcase its ability to provide innovative solutions for its clients and the industry as a whole.

ISDA Create is just one example of our industry-wide efforts to deliver efficient technology solutions to the derivatives industry. ISDA Create is an online solution, which has been built by Linklaters' internal technology start-up Nakhoda in partnership with ISDA, that automates the process of producing and agreeing documentation and enables the capture of valuable structured legal data.
