Your role

• Coordinating the activity of the Legal team in Luxembourg;
• Arranging the legal structuring of investment funds and investment companies for the Funds Department of the Pictet Group and for institutional clients in collaboration with the authorities and external advisers (drafting of articles of association, management regulations, contracts, prospectuses, etc.);
• Providing legal advice for the fund sales team and when projects are implemented;
• Taking account of the specificities related to the registration of funds abroad;
• Being attentive to clients' needs and providing legal advice relating to their projects;
• Serving as the reference and support person for the team members;
• Independently handling all legal and regulatory aspects relating to the management company and to the creation and registration of its investment funds. Acting as a liaison for the hierarchy and as a reference person for the Group's entities/departments;
• Contributing to local and cross-departmental projects in close cooperation with other Group entities and departments;
• Overseeing and managing the consequences of regulatory changes on the fund environment.

Your profile

• Good analytical skills, able to work independently and show commitment, well-developed critical faculties;
• Able to work in an organised and self-reliant way and share expertise with the rest of the team;
• Able to manage priorities and communicate efficiently;
• Strong client focus (both internally and externally);
• Willing to acquire new skills;
• University degree in Law with a specialisation in Business/Corporate Law (Bac + 4/5);
• Admission to the bar would be a plus;
• At least seven years’ experience in a similar function in a bank, asset management company, law firm or fiduciary company;
• Excellent command of English and French; knowledge of German would be an additional plus.
