Mads Reinholdt Sørensen
Mads has more than 10 years of experience working intensely with the financial sector on transactions, litigation complexes and regulatory matters, which has given him a special insight into the financial sector.
Based on a broad M&A and commercial experience, Mads also advises companies outside the financial sector, both industrial and institutional (e.g. private equity) and listed as well as unlisted companies, in relation to domestic and cross-border transactions, investments, financing, restructuring and drafting of a range of commercial contracts, including shareholders' agreements and joint venture agreements.
Mads is a featured author in the publication: "Companies - topical issues", and he is a frequently used lecturer on internal and external courses, seminars and masterclasses, and lectures regularly at 'Finanssektorens Bestyrelsesuddannelse' (a board program for the financial sector in Denmark).
