Guillermo Bayas Fernández

Partner at AGM Abogados

Guillermo is a lawyer registered in Barcelona and in the state of New York.

Guillermo graduated from Pompeu Fabra University in 2003 and has a Master of Laws from New York University (which I completed thanks to a grant from the Rafael del Pino Foundation), a Postgraduate Specialisation in Civil Litigation from IDEC-UPF, a Postgraduate Specialisation in International Relations from CIDOB and a Diploma in Arbitration from the Instituto de Empresa.

After 6 years as coordinator of the Litigation Law Department of a prestigious Barcelona law firm, in 2019 Guillermo became a partner of Ejarque Abogados and, from July 2020, of the Litigation and Arbitration Department of AGM Abogados, where he was also in charge of the international development of the firm, forming part of the French Desk.

He also teaches international litigation and legal skills (public speaking, argumentation, negotiation) in the Masters of Laws at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and the Universitat de Barcelona respectively.
