Work experience of clinical practice in seven different hospitals and as medical member of Spanish Agency for International Cooperation in Bolivia (2000) and as independent aid doctor in Ghana (2004)

Founder and Director of the Humanizing Intensive Care project (Proyecto HU-CI) in February of 2014: the international research project for the humanization of intensive care, with 100 scientific papers published in Spain and international journals since February 2014, and in phase of global expansion 

Humanization Committee Director of PanAmerican and Iberian Federation of Critical Medicine and Intensive Therapy since September 2017  

Director of the Postgraduate in Humanization of Health System, Barcelona University.

Coordinator of the humanization Plan of the ICU published in Madrid Community in June 2016 and in Intensive Care Medicine Journal in February 2017.  

Teacher of the training platfom in Human skills for health professionals of Proyecto HU-CI.

Member of the Certification group of Good Practices in Humanization of Proyecto HU-CI.
